Through the use of the step-by-step S.C.O.R.E. Performance Counseling Method the supervisors stay on track with the process and avoid getting side-tracked or taken off-guard by employees.
We will show each workshop participant how to include the employee in developing a plan to improve performance that includes their perspective, supports them and the organizational goals, while using participative decision making to reach a mutually beneficial level of performance. With S.C.O.R.E. Performance Counseling the focus is on the behavior and not the person, so relationships are spared while performance gaps are addressed and adjusted in a supportive manner.
