Training Overview:
In this 8-hour training session, participants will discover the significant distinctions between “mentoring,” “coaching,” and “counseling,” and how each is used in a different way for a different purpose.
Participants will learn how to determine which method should be used given a set of particular circumstances. Participants are also taught the CMF Leadership “S.C.O.R.E. Performance Counseling Method©” which when employed in a performance counseling setting successfully guides both counselor and counselee to an appropriate, supportive conclusion, while still focusing on achieving the organizational mission/goals.
When training is provided throughout the organization, it provides the organization a consistent, uniform performance counseling model to follow.
